Gnocchi a la TJ

 

  • 2pkg Gorgonzola Gnocchi
  • 1 pkg Mushrooms, sliced or diced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced or diced
  • 1 pkg Spinach
  • 1 tsp Roasted garlic (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Oil

Saute onion and mushrooms in garlic oil until soft.
Add roasted garlic.
layer spinach on top.
Add gnocchi on top of spinach.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover and heat through. Stir well and serve!
