For this demo we added our Thai Ginger Carrots to our Carrot Ginger Soup. Simplicity. The Thai Ginger Carrots add a nice texture and flavor to the already delicious soup!

**Updated in 2007: we added fully cooked rice to the soup for added texture. it came out great!
